Scott Kennet
AGMT
Scott Kennett, Program Manager for the NACC, and AGMT Certification Programs since 2021. As the program manager Scott maintains responsibility for the daily program operations of both NACC and AGMT, ensuring that standards set forth in the procedural guide and candidate handbook are met and both programs operate at a high level.
He also oversees office staff and contractors in the field performing assessments and evaluations. Following graduation from the United State Military Academy at West Point, Scott began his career as an Army Infantry Officer, deploying twice to Afghanistan with the 10th Mountain Division as a platoon leader. When he transitioned to the civilian workforce, Scott became a production manager for Anheuser-Busch at the Baldwinsville NY Brewery. The two roles influenced his continuous improvement mindset and emphasis on quality. Passionate about seeing both the AGMT and NACC programs grow and evolve; Scott encourages himself and those around him to learn something new and improve every day. He extends this leadership to the community, where he currently serves as president of the Sackets Harbor Chamber of Commerce. Scott and his wife have three young children. When he’s not spending time with his family, Scott enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. He’s also an avid reader, particularly of military history.

Shaun Patchell, AIA
LF Driscoll Company
Shaun Patchell, AIA is Director of Engineering at LF Driscoll Company, where he is charged with upholding corporate quality standards and advancing collaboration through virtual construction technologies. A licensed architect and building enclosure specialist, Shaun brings a multidisciplinary perspective that bridges design and construction. His expertise includes façade systems, core and shell constructability, and the application of digital tools to improve project coordination and execution. Over the course of his thirteen years at LF Driscoll, he has contributed to several high-profile projects; including the Comcast Technology Center, Penn Medicine’s Clifton Center for Medical Breakthroughs, the Princeton University Art Museum, and University of Pennsylvania’s Vagelos Laboratory for Energy Science and Technology, helping deliver highly customized façade solutions that meet demanding architectural and performance goals. Shaun is an advocate for innovation in the built environment, which has led to the expanded use of prefabricated assemblies to meet tight project schedules while incorporating the quality associated with climate-controlled manufacturing. Through his leadership, LFD continues to advance engineering excellence via collaborative delivery methods, supporting the successful realization of complex, large-scale projects in healthcare, commercial, and institutional sectors.

The garage is located at the end of Mississippi Avenue and the Boardwalk. Just take the ramp down into the tunnel underneath Boardwalk Hall and make the first right. Rates vary depending on the event and the garage is CASH ONLY.

At the end of the Atlantic City Expressway turn left onto Arctic Avenue, then turn left onto Michigan Avenue and proceed straight ahead into the garage
Wave Garage
Located on Fairmount Avenue between Christopher Columbus Boulevard and Mississippi Avenue, The Wave is a five-story building with six levels of parking and covers 411,690 square feet, including 16,170 square feet of retail space and 1,180 parking spaces. A 54,000 square foot rooftop solar array consisting of 1,677 solar panels and six spaces for electric vehicles complete the 400kW photovoltaic system.
